Account

  • Login: Use SMS verification code sent to your registered phone number.
  • Device activation: Contact us if your purchased device isn't working properly.
  • Change phone number: Contact us with your current and new phone numbers.
  • Delete account & data: Email privacy@prorpm.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".

Devices

  • Device connectivity: Ensure your device has network access via WiFi or cellular.
  • Data sync: Device readings are automatically synchronized to our servers.
  • Device issues: Check if the device is powered on and has network connectivity.
  • Setup help: Contact support if you need assistance setting up your device.

Data & Sync

  • Connectivity: Verify your device has network access and try again.
  • App version: Update to the latest version from the App Store.
  • Data viewing: Access your readings through the mobile app or web portal.
  • Missing data: Contact support if readings are not appearing in your account.

Mobile App

  • Installation: Download from the official App Store only.
  • Login issues: Ensure you're using the correct phone number for SMS verification.
  • App crashes: Update to the latest version or restart your device.
  • Permissions: Grant necessary permissions for notifications and data access.
